Nick Ziska is a Senior SIU Investigator at Markel Insurance with more than 20 years of investigative experience. Prior to joining Markel in 2021, he spent 16 years working as a government contractor. Nick holds the Fraud Claims Law Specialist (FCLS) and Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator (CIFI) designations. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Iowa/Nebraska Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units (IA-NE IASIU) and is committed to supporting collaboration and education within the SIU community. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, spending time with family and friends, and following sports and outdoor activities.
