Brenda Roberts is a Senior SIU Investigator with Shelter Insurance and has more than 12 years of investigative experience across multiple lines of business, including property and casualty, contestable life, and accidental death investigations. She holds the Certified Insurance Fraud Representative (CIFR), Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator (CIFI), and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations and is an active member of the International Association of Special Investigation Units. Brenda serves as Vice President of the IA-NE IASIU Chapter and on the International IASIU Sponsorship Committee. She is passionate about fraud prevention, training, and supporting industry education.
